As you may know we are undertaking an ambitious project to redevelop the clubhouse into a community facility with extra  dressing rooms, a gym, AV rooms and community use rooms. 

In order to progress the project to the next phase we are hoping that we could avail of support from any members who are, or who know, architects, quantity surveyors or engineers. Without the support of our community, this project will not be viable so we hope you can help. 

The club made a successful application to the Sports Capital grant fund and have been awarded €145,343 towards the cost of the extensive redevelopment we will be undertaking in 2025.

In addition, we have received full planning approval from Fingal County Council for our designs so we are ready to progress further now. Our next phase of the project will be to prepare tender documents to specify the detailed building design and we are hoping to issue tenders by February.

As this will be a very costly project to undertake which will require extensive borrowing and fundraising, we are hoping that that we could avail of support from any members who are architects, quantity surveyors or engineers who could support our community based initiative for this next phase.
